The administration council
The administration council of The Canadian Association of Familial Ataxias – The Claude St-Jean Foundation is formed of seven (7) administrators. The administrators of the Association are elected by the members at the annual general assembly. They are elected for a mandate of two (2) years with possibility of renewal. The person occupying the position of director (tress) participates in the administration council as a resource person, but without the right to vote. The council administrates the affairs of the Association between the general assemblies; it is responsible to the general assembly for all decisions it makes and it must discharge the mandate which the assembly entrusts to it in respecting its laws.
